Biography

A proud tenth generation Texan, Patrick grew up on his family’s ranch in South Texas where he spent his earliest years hunting, fishing, and horseback riding.  He subsequently pursued a degree in BA degree in History followed by a law degree, spending his summers studying at Trinity College of Cambridge University, United Kingdom, the Institute of European Legal Studies in Siena, Italy, and the Institute for Canon Law in Vatican City.  He lives in historic San Antonio, Texas, where he enjoys hiking, biking, and traveling.

Experience prior to PFS

Prior to joining Paramount, Patrick served as an Attorney ad Litem in the Probate Courts of Bexar County, Texas, where he represented unknown heirs in heirship proceedings as well as incapacitated individuals in guardianship proceedings.  He was also appointed as a commissioner to determine the financial compensation of parties involved in various eminent domain cases.  During the Eagle Ford Shale oil boom, Patrick began working as a petroleum landman and as an attorney writing oil and gas title opinions.  He has been in the industry for the last ten years where he has conducted in person research of courthouse records in over twenty counties.

Patrick works on various title projects throughout Texas and New Mexico.  He is adept at running title, performing curative, and analyzing leases.  He also helps review other projects of other agents to ensure clients receive top quality reports and services from Paramount.
