I believe in the value of hard work, attention to detail, optimism, and perseverance. My father told me when I was young that anything is possible if you remain optimistic and have perseverance.


Emily lives in Tulsa with her husband, Blake, and dog, Jango. In her spare time, Emily enjoys cooking, food photography and fly fishing.


Years in the industry

Experience prior to PFS

Emily comes from a family of entrepreneurs and self starters. She was taught, “if you don’t do it nobody else will.” She started her first company when she was in high school manufacturing and selling jewelry to local stores. She attended the University of Texas A&M and graduated with a B.A. in Liberal Arts after studying abroad for a semester. After graduation, she accumulated a broad range of experience from managing a Chanel boutique to preparing marketing proposals for a life insurance company. In 2009, she started a catering business and café in a historic building in downtown Dallas and in 2011, she sold the entire concept to a Dallas investor. She came on full time at Paramount in 2011 to direct the accounting department and assist with operations.

What I do for PFS

Emily directly oversees the Controller, HR Director and Project Managers. She makes sure everyone is working the Paramount Way. She helps manage our projects in our EDGE database to make sure due dates and budgets are being met. She facilitates coaching and alignment within the organization. She ensures customer service  is up to par both pre and post projects. She also manages compliance with client MSAs.
